Day 01:
In time transfer to the railway station to board train for Haridwar. Upon arrival transfer to Rishikesh. Informal meeting with the Yoga instructor. Day free to know the like-minded people of the group. Lunch and dinner at the hotel.
Day 02:
06:30-07:30 : Introduction to Yoga.
07:30-08:30 : Breakfast.
08:30-10:30 : Lectures on Introduction to Yogic principals.
10:30-11:00 : Tea Break.
11:00-13:00 : History of Yoga, Patanjali Yogic Sutras.
13:30-14:30 : Buffet Lunch.
15:00-16:30 : Yogic management of common diseases.
17:00-18:00 : Yogic Physiology.
20:00-21:00 : Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03:
06:30-07:30 : Introduction to Pawanmukta-I Groups of Asana.
07:30-08:30 : Breakfast.
08:30-10:30 : Lectures on Introduction to Yogic principals.
10:30-11:00 : Tea Break.
11:00-13:00 : Introduction to Yoga Nidra.(psychic sleep or yogic sleep)
13:30-14:30 : Buffet Lunch.
15:00-16:00 : Introduction to Antar Mauna.(inner silence- meditation technique)
17:00-18:00 : Singing of devotional songs.
20:00-21:00 : Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04:
06:30-07:30 : Introduction to Pawanmukta-II Groups of Asana.
07:30-08:30 : Breakfast.
08:30-10:30 : Lectures on Yogic management of diseases.
10:30-11:00 : Tea Break.
11:00-13:00 : Yoga Nidra.
13:30-14:30 : Buffet Lunch.
15:00-16:00 : Antar Mauna.
17:00-18:00 : Singing of devotional songs.

06:30-07:30 : Introduction to Shatkarmas (the six cleansing processes).
07:30-08:30 : Breakfast.
08:30-10:30 : Lectures on Shatkarmas and its importance.
10:30-11:00 : Tea Break.
11:00-13:00 : Yoga Nidra.
13:30-14:30 : Buffet Lunch.
15:00-16:00 : Antar Mauna.
17:00-18:00 : Singing of devotional songs.
20:00-21:00 : Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 06:
06:30-07:30 : Practice of Shatkarmas like Neti and Kunjal Kriya etc.
07:30-08:30 : Breakfast.
08:30-10:30 : Importance of Yoga in modern life.
10:30-11:00 : Tea Break.
11:00-13:00 : Yoga Nidra.
13:30-14:30 : Buffet Lunch.
15:00-16:30 : Antar Mauna.
17:00-18:00 : Singing of devotional songs.
20:00-21:00 : Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07:
06:30-07:30 : Introduction to Pawanmukta-III Groups of Asana.
07:30-08:30 : Breakfast.
08:30-10:30 : personal time with the instructor to overcome specific problems faced by the participants.
10:30-11:00 : Tea Break.
11:00-13:00 : Yoga Nidra.
13:30-14:30 : Buffet Lunch.
15:00-16:30 : Antar Mauna.
17:00-18:00 : Singing of devotional songs.
20:00-21:00 : Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08:
06:30-07:30 : Practice of Laghu-Shankhaprakshalana one of the Shatkarmas.
07:30-08:30 : Breakfast.
08:30-10:30 : Rest for the participants.
10:30-11:00 : Tea Break.
11:00-13:00 : Yoga Nidra.
13:30-14:30 : Buffet Lunch.
15:00-16:30 : Antar Mauna.
17:00-18:00 : Singing of devotional songs.
20:00-21:00 : Dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 09:
06:30-07:30 : Practice of Asana.
07:30-08:30 : Breakfast.
08:30-10:30 : Review of the Asana learned during the program.
10:30-11:00 : Tea Break.
11:00-13:00 : Yoga Nidra.
13:30-14:30 : Buffet Lunch.
Evening visit Holy River "Ganges" to see the "Ganga Arati" prayers being offered to the river. Dinner along with campfire, overnight at the hotel.
Day 10:
Practice of Asana and Meditation. Breakfast, tea, Buffet Lunch, informal discussion with the Instructor about the Yoga practices. Rest of the day free, pack your bags for return to Delhi.
