Green lake trek has opened for tourists only recently. This trek in north sikkim is one of the best in the region.

Day 01: Gangtok
Reception at Siliguri and Proceed to Gangtok by car (125Kms). Transfer to hotel. Free Evening and overnight at Gangtok.

Day 02: Drive to Lachen (120Kms)
A small scenic settlement at an altitude of 9000ft, Lachen is a traditional Lepcha village and the gateway to the higher altitude of Northern Sikkim. The trek to Green Lake starts from here. Overnight at Lachen.

Day 03: Trek to Talem (12Kms)
At an elevation of 10500ft. The trek passes through the dense coniferous forests of Kunchenjangha National Park. Overnight in tents.

Day 04: Trek from Talem - Jukthang (8Kms)
Elevation 10700ft. This is a leisure trek, as it does not require any steep climbing. Overnight at Jukthang.

Day 05: Trek from Jukthang - Yabuk (10Kms)
Elevation 13200ft. Overnight in tent.

Day 06: Trek from Yabuk - Green Lake
Elevation 15400ft. Overnight at Green Lake.

Day 07: Yabuk - Halt
Return trek to Yabuk and halt.

Day 08: Yabuk - Jukthang
Trek to Yabuk to Jukthang.

Day 09: Jakthang - Talem
Trek to Jukthang to Talem.

Day 10: Talem - Lachen
Trek to Talem to Lachen.

Day 11: Lachen - Gangtok - Delhi
After trek, check in to hotel and then drive back to Delhi.
